Today's Nanos poll contains some bad news for the Liberals, who are down 3% in Québec and now trail the Tories by 7% in Ontario. However, the Grits get good numbers in Atlantic Canada and BC, so this could all be statistical noise. It's a nice poll for the Tories, who are at 41.2% nationally. The NDP gets a good result in Québec, but a bad one in BC.
The NDP finally gets a second Québec seat in the projection, while the Grits and Tories trade seats in Ontario and Atlantic Canada:
CON - 148
LIB - 79
BQ - 47
NDP - 34
The average national Tory lead increases to 11.1%.
Last Monday, Léger and Harris-Decima also released polls, so stay tuned for possible further updates today.
