The date for the federal election will likely be moved, possibly by a consensus by the federal parties. With elections in Ontario, Atlantic Canada, and the prairies happening at the same time, the campaigners will be simply too exhausted.

They should have an election after four years, not 4.5 years. Why does every province want an election in October?
I think it's because nobody wants it in the winter or summer, and anything in the spring can get in the way of the budget.
